History
SISA started as a small IS audit division of a major accounting firm. In the year 2001 it branched off as a separate security audit firm and emerged as SISA Information Security (P) Ltd. In the year 2003 it was the first IS audit company in Asia-Pacific region to partner with Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University for Information Security. It is the amongst the first IS Audit companies to be recognized by regulatory bodies for conducting security audits around the globe. It is now the first Indian IS audit company to be recognized by PCI SSC for conducting PCI QSA audits in Asia-Pacific region.
