Designation Project Manager Java
Job Description Responsible for coordinating all the necessary activities in all areas of the corporation, as applicable to the project/objective at hand.
- Facilitate, prioritize and communicate functional and technical requirements of Medium to Large-scale projects to the IT teams.
- Expertise in computer technology and multi-practice disciplines associated with customer development projects
- Proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving project requirements inconsistencies (e.g. scope, resources, feasibility, usability, customer value, etc.).
- Working with a diverse and geographically dispersed team
Desired Profile BE Comp Sc / MCA / MBA IT or equivalent work experience
Experience: 6 – 10 yrs
- Min 7 year in Core Java
- Minimum of 5 years of management of personnel in project or line capacity.
Key Skills :
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills/logical thinking
- Strong experience directing and managing technical people is required.
- Prior working knowledge of handling Core Java projects preferred
- Self motivation and have a passion to learn new tools/techniques/methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio and Project required.
- Experience in financial control, process design and re-engineering, project management, and capital intensive project evaluation such as EVA, IRR or ROIC
