Job Description
1.Ensure that both the service deliveries as well as the customer care teams are backed up by a strong presence to enable seamless cross-company, cross-geography coordination in the service of the customers.
2.Managing Care and Delivery functions for both Postpaid and Prepaid base.
3.Create and manage strong, empowered teams at all levels to take care of service provisioning as well as for the resolution of issues to nurture smooth and efficient customer services.
4.Inter-departmental coordination with Sales, Marketing, Network, IT, Legal, Commercial, Finance and functions within CSD.
5.Management of large no of outsourced agencies, which is Telecalling & Field, Documentation Verification & Activations, and Scanning.
6.Constant improvement in the overall process via checking the complaints/queries/requests captured by Call centre.
7.Planning & executing churn & retention management strategies; to keep low churn %. Carry out proactive & reactive retention activities/programmes to achieve churn targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.MBA with 10-12 years experience, with at least 8 years in Telecom.
2.Lead, recruit, train, motivate & monitor the performance of team members to ensure achievement of individual and department goals/targets.
3.Develop staff for higher-level responsibilities by constant coaching/ mentoring/ counseling.
4.Ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.
