Job Description
You will be inducted and trained to work as a Team Leader in our BPO operations.
Your job as a Team leader will consist of:
Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients.
Ensuring that the project assigned to you is functioning as per the client specifications and the all the members of the team are performing as per the standards.
Oversee the QC function of the project
Provide training to new team members
Interact with the US client and take their feedback on any process issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
You should be a Graduate/Diploma/Engineer
NIIT
Familiar with using Computers
Good communication skills.
