Job Description
Ability to conduct Voice & Accent and Customer Service Training
Will monitor calls and provide feedback to the agents on the floor
Will be training the new batches and transition the same to the floor,
Understand the weak areas
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 3-4 yrs of Exp IS MUST, Worked in an INTERNATIONAL bpo,
Graduate with impeccable english in written and spoken,
Must have facilitated on V & A and soft skills training
Clarity of Expression
Currently working as VNA/ Soft skills trainer
